Our various service plans enable you to choose the service and repair package that best fits the needs of your company. We cover most HPLC, LC/MS/MS, GC and GC/MS instruments used in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, cosmetics and other industries. Service options include repair and service contract, as well as preventive maintenance.
We understand that your work is critical and time sensitive. Simply tell us what is wrong with your equipment, and we will repair your unit in-house or on-site, at a fixed cost which includes service time and materials. Thus, we take care of your uncertainties.
The Full Service Contract includes:
* All labor
* Maintenance Parts
* Preventive maintenance visits twice a year for the duration of the contract
This plan gives you the opportunity to continue your ongoing work and repair in house while eliminating the tasks and time required performing manufacturer guideline Preventive Maintenance based on the manufacturer guidelines.

* Annual planned maintenance visits
* Preventive Maintenance visits (inclusive of travel charges) twice a year
